Who is eligible to apply for the EmpowerED to Rise Scholarship?
High school seniors attending G.W. Carver High School who demonstrate financial need, academic potential (minimum GPA 2.5), involvement in extracurricular or community activities, and a commitment to personal growth are eligible to apply.
